How to draw Princess Peach (Super Mario)

The Super Mario franchise has always kept Princess Peach at its center, and this step-by-step guide breaks down how to draw Princess Peach with her signature pink gown, crown, and clasped-hands pose across 14 manageable steps.

What Makes This Peach Tutorial Worth Your Time

The full-body design ends in a colored result, so the final step shows completed shading and color fills rather than line art alone. Most of the complexity sits in the hair volume and the layered structure of the gown, while the face stays relatively contained. The tutorial runs 14 steps total, moving from basic head and body shapes through to the decorated hem and colored finish.

Princess Peach’s Key Design Features

  • Long blonde hair, gold crown with gems
  • Blue eyes, open mouth, surprised expression
  • Pink ball gown with puffy sleeves
  • White elbow-length gloves, hands clasped
  • Blue drop earrings, pink bow at neckline

If you want to keep building out your Super Mario cast after this one, the Super Mario drawing guide is a natural companion, and Koopa Troopa and Wario offer good practice for characters with very different body proportions.

Reading the Color Coding in the Steps

Each step image uses a three-color system to show exactly what is new versus what came before:

  • Red Color: lines added in the current step.
  • Black Color: lines completed earlier.
  • Gray Color: base sketch for structure.

  1. by any chance could you also do cat peach, cat Luigi, cat toad, cat Mario, and cat Rosalina? If it too much then I am so sorry but my brothers b-day is coming up and he likes the cat characters from super Mario 3D world. I thought it would be special but if is to much then you don’t have to do it.
