This tutorial walks through how to draw Melancholy Hill’s face from The Gaslight District in 17 stages. Mel, the newest member of The Smiling Dead and adoptive daughter of Ken the Butcher, is the only human in the district and a key figure in its prophecy.

- Head: Narrow head with a pointed chin.
