Step 1: Two circles for the eyes

Step 2: A line similar to the letter L for the left part of the body, starting from the left eye circle and going down

Step 3: A reversed C for the right part of the body, starting from the upper right side of the same eye circle, going down, leaving space for legs

Step 4: Draw the legs

Step 5: Add two dots for the eyes and a U shape for the smiling mouth

Step 6: Draw the hands on both sides

Step 7: Draw the beak on the left side of the face

Step 8: Draw Bill’s sailor hat on top of the head with a rectangle for the base and a half of a circle for the top part.

Step 9: Observe, clear up the lines, and ink if you want

Step 10: Optionally color the drawing
